The Very Reverend Father
Jaime S. Marquez
Rev. Fr. Jaime "Jimmy" S. Marquez serves as the Rector of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Minor Seminary (OLGMS). Appointed by Manila Archbishop Jose Cardinal Advincula, he officially assumed the role on June 1, 2024, succeeding Rev. Fr. Emerico Sixto Juan Garcia. Before dedicating his ministry to seminary leadership, Fr. Jimmy gained extensive pastoral experience, notably serving as the Parish Priest of Our Lady of Fatima Parish in Mandaluyong and St. John Mary Vianney Parish in Makati. As Rector, he acts as the chief administrator and spiritual father of the institution, drawing from his rich pastoral background to effectively lead the formation team, the academic faculty, and the minor seminarians.

Prudencio T. Solomon, Jr
Rev. Fr. Prudencio T. Solomon, Jr., affectionately known as Fr. Jun, serves as the Vice-Rector and Prefect of Discipline at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Minor Seminary, assuming these roles in 2026. Before dedicating his ministry to seminary formation, he gained extensive pastoral and leadership experience serving as the Parish Priest of San Rafael Parish and concurrently as the Vicar Forane for the Vicariate of Espiritu Santo in the Archdiocese of Manila. In his current dual capacity at OLGMS, Fr. Jun assists the Rector in the institution's daily operations and oversees the character and behavioral formation of the minor seminarians, ensuring a disciplined and grounded community.

Edgar A. Devina, Ph.D.
Rev. Fr. Edgar A. Devina, Ph.D., serves as the Prefect of Studies and Principal of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Minor Seminary, bringing exceptional academic distinctions and decades of educational expertise to his leadership role. A distinguished scholar, he earned his Licentiate in Philosophy Magna Cum Laude from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome in 1999. He further advanced his academic competencies at Fordham University in New York, securing both a Master of Philosophy in 2005 and a Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.) in 2008. Beyond his rigorous educational achievements, Fr. Edgar is a recognized veteran educator, notably honored in 2023 for dedicating 30 semesters of teaching service to St. John's University. He currently teaches at St. John's University (New York, USA), Kean University (New Jersey, USA), San Carlos Seminary (Makati,PH) Holy Rosary Major Seminary (Naga, PH), and Our Lady of Penafrancia Seminary (Sorsogon, PH). He has authored three books, namely, The Second Enlightenment, Desire to Know, and Moral Philosophy. He leverages this profound background in higher education and ecclesiastical studies to uphold the highest standards of academic excellence and holistic formation at the seminary.

Rany P. Geraldino, Ph.D.
Rev. Fr. Rany P. Geraldino, Ph.D., serves as the Finance Officer and Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO) Director. Holding a Doctorate in Philosophy, Fr. Rany who is currently also the Director of Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila Educational System (RCAMES) Cluster 7 combines strong academic credentials with extensive administrative and pastoral experience within RCAMES. Having held key leadership roles—such as School Director, Assistant Director for Finance and Administration across various archdiocesan institutions—he brings a wealth of expertise in financial stewardship and organizational management. In his current dual capacity, he ensures the sustainable allocation of the institution's resources and oversees the professional development and welfare of the staff, providing crucial operational support to the seminary's mission.

Mico D. Dellera
Rev. Fr. Mico D. Dellera serves as the Human and Spiritual Formation Director at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Minor Seminary. Entrusted with the holistic development of the minor seminarians, he fosters a nurturing environment where young men cultivate a strong interior life and deepen their faith. Fr. Mico is also serving as the Personal and Private Secretary to the Archbishop of Manila. Drawing from his valuable pastoral experience working closely with the archdiocese's leadership, he guides the seminarians through personal maturity, character building, and vocational discernment, helping them develop the fundamental human virtues necessary for a life of dedicated service to the Church.

Celestino V. Pascual
Rev. Fr. Celestino V. Pascual serves as a Spiritual Formation Companion and the Resident Confessor at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Minor Seminary. He brings a profound depth of spiritual guidance to the institution, drawing from his extensive experience forming future priests. Prior to joining the minor seminary, Fr. Celestino dedicated his ministry to the San Carlos Seminary, where he served as the Spiritual Director of the Discipleship Stage (Philosophy Department) and as their Resident Confessor. In his vital roles at OLGMS, he provides steady spiritual direction, compassionate mentorship, and the sacramental grace of reconciliation, helping the young minor seminarians navigate their vocational discernment, deepen their relationship with Christ, and grow securely in their faith journey.

Jesus Norriel B. Bandojo
The Reverend Monsignor Jesus Norriel B. Bandojo serves as the Resident Priest at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Minor Seminary (OLGMS). An alumnus of the seminary himself, Msgr. Bandojo brings a deep personal connection and decades of rich pastoral experience to the institution. Throughout his extensive ministry within the Archdiocese of Manila, he has held significant leadership roles, including serving as the Administrator of Villa San Miguel in Mandaluyong, as well as the Parish Priest of San Roque de Manila Parish and San Jose de Navotas Church. In his current role as Resident Priest, he provides a steady, guiding spiritual presence and invaluable pastoral wisdom to the seminary community, supporting the priests and the holistic formation of the minor seminarians.
